DG VIAGRA (also known as Sildenafil) is the modern equivalent of the popular drugs, advanced formula which allows all the functionality of well-known means. In comparison with the cost of the original drug, Dragon Pharma’s Viagra price is several times lower. The main problem with this drug is the maintenance of male erectile function. Viagra also can be used as one of the constituent elements of the treatment cycle, an expert nominated for more effective treatment of erectile dysfunction or impotence.
Long-term practice of Viagra shows successful results and a low percentage of lack of effect, so that these Viagra pills gained the greatest popularity among the other similar drugs. The traditional form of release are tablets.
Viagra Uses:
Viagra Dragon Pharma it is indicated for adult men with erectile dysfunction, who present the inability to obtain or to maintain a penile erection sufficient for a satisfactory sexual act. For Viagra to be effective, sexual stimulation is necessary. The recommended dose is 50 mg of sildenafil administered approximately one hour before sexual activity. Depending on efficacy and tolerability, the dose can be increased to 100 mg sildenafil or decreased to 25 mg sildenafil. The maximum recommended dose is 100 mg sildenafil. The maximum recommended administration frequency is once a day. If Viagra is administered during a meal, the onset of the effect is slower than when administered in fasting conditions.
Viagra as Sildenafil is an orally administered drug for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. In natural conditions, i.e. in the presence of sexual stimulation, sildenafil restores the affected erectile function, by increasing blood flow to the penis. The physiological mechanism responsible for penile erection involves the release of nitric oxide in the corpora cavernosa during sexual stimulation. Nitric oxide activates the enzyme guanylate-iclase, which increases the concentrations of cyclic guanosine monophosphate, producing a relaxation of the smooth muscles in the corpora cavernosa and thus favoring blood flow.
Sildenafil is rapidly absorbed. After oral administration of a dose, under fasting conditions, maximum plasma concentrations are reached in 30 – 120 minutes (with an average of 60 minutes). The average value of bioavailability after oral administration is 41% (between 25 – 63%). After oral administration, Cmax of sildenafil increase proportionally with dose over the dose range recommended (25-100 mg). If sildenafil is administered with food, the speed of absorption decreases, by o
mean 60-minute delay in Tmax and a mean 29% reduction in Cmax.
In studies conducted in healthy volunteers, with single doses of up to 800 mg of sildenafil, adverse reactions were similar to those observed at lower doses, but their incidence and severity were increased. The administration of doses of 200 mg of sildenafil did not determine an increase in efficacy, but the incidence of adverse reactions (headache, facial hyperemia, dizziness, dyspepsia, nasal congestion, visual disturbances) was increased.
In case of overdose, standard measures to support vital functions should be adopted, depending on the case. Because sildenafil binds in proportion
highly bound to plasma proteins and not excreted in the urine, renal dialysis is not expected to increase the clearance of sildenafil.
Viagra Side Effects:
Before recommending a pharmacological treatment for erectile dysfunction, a personal history should be evaluated and a physical examination performed to diagnose erectile dysfunction and establish potential preexisting etiologies.
Cardiovascular risk factors:
Prior to initiating any treatment for erectile dysfunction, physicians must assess the cardiovascular status of patients, as there is a degree of cardiac risk associated with sexual activity. Sildenafil has vasodilator properties, causing a slight and transient drop in blood pressure.
Priapism:
Drugs indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, including sildenafil, should be used with caution in patients with anatomical deformities of the penis (such as angulation, corpus cavernosum fibrosis or Peyronie’s disease) or in those with conditions predisposing to priapism (such as sickle cell disease, multiple myeloma or leukemia). In post-marketing experience with sildenafil, prolonged erections and priapism have been reported. If an erection persists for more than 4 hours, the patient should seek emergency medical assistance. If priapism is not treated immediately, there is a risk of penile tissue damage and permanent impotence.
Effects on vision:
Cases of visual disturbances have been spontaneously reported in connection with the administration of sildenafil.
